Right to Cancel

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your cost.

  • Certain products (e.g. intimate items, customised goods) are exempt.

Refunds

  • Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Refund includes the original standard delivery charge.
